As the season of tinsel and mistletoe takes hold, we have an exciting talk from David Lomax planned on Wednesday Dec 14th at 7:30pm, at Liverpool Marina. During lockdown David entertained us with his stories of skippering numerous yachts all around the world, but left us with a cliffhanger of ‘The delivery from Hell’. Since that evening I’ve been looking forward to the time when David could join us in person to share this tale with our members.
Following David’s talk, we have also planned to hold the Commodore’s “Sherry and Mince Pie Night”. Traditionally this night has been well attended but I’m hoping that with such a brilliant guest attending we can have a full house.
