I hope everyone is well and enjoying the beautiful weather we have been having!
I just want to take this opportunity to say thank you for all who attended the Isle of Man Race and our little party after. I certainly hope you enjoyed it as much as I did.
Looking forward we have a few events coming up that will need to be pre-booked asap so not to disappoint anyone.

The first being the Monster Mash Cruise on the 28th of October so get your ghoulish make-up at the ready- we’re sailing into some serious spookiness on our very special Halloween evening cruise.
A live DJ will be blasting blood-curdling beats from the 60s – 00s as we welcome monsters of the Mersey on to the dancefloor deck, so get practicing your best Thriller moves, as we put a spell on you.
Fancy dress is highly encouraged so be prepared to rub shoulders with some peculiar passengers on this creepy cruise!
To book your tickets let me know how many you wish to purchase.

Secondly, we also have our Christmas theatre night as the world famous, record breaking, eye popping, lung busting, side splitting, knee trembling Royal Court Christmas show is back and we have tickets!
With a live band, there will be great gags and some rude words, so leave the kids at home and let’s get out and start the Christmas festivities off with a bang.
Again, please let me know should you wish to join us in another fun filled evening to book your tickets

Right, now for the more pressing stuff….
Our monthly quiz night continues with our very own quiz master the wonderful Meryl Cuzak! So please come along as support us, it’s a perfect evening of trivia, fun and a great way to get to know our members old and new. If you are racing tomorrow still pop in to say hello!
We also have our Big Family Fun Weekend coming up on the 29th of July to Piel Island. The King of the Island will be hosting a fun evening of food and drink to welcome us back for the first time since before covid.
All are welcome to join sailing or not, there will be plenty of space to camp out. Access to the Island is via a 10minute ferry ride for a small charge.
Having made the trip a couple of months ago to introduce ourselves to the new King, I was pleasantly surprised at the beauty and appeal of the Island, leaving myself, Clare and Nicola very much looking forward to heading back.

Please register your interest with me for further details as they become available.
I have attached a flyer of all planned events for this year for you to save the dates, if you would like to get involved with house committee, please let me know, many hands make light work.
Kind Regards
