Main Information


To become a member of Liverpool Yacht Club, please fill in the membership form, and send it in, with the appropriate subscription fee to the membership secretary (Susie Quinn) – address as on the form. Alternatively hand in the money with a completed form to the membership secretary or flag officer in the bar on a Wednesday night or after racing.

It is also possible to pay your membership fees electronically, contact for details (see below).

Current membership fees per year are:-

Voting Members:

Ordinary. £90.00

Who shall have a bone fide interest in boating or sailing and who is over the age of 18 years.


Family Member: £135.00
A Family Membership Unit – which expression shall include two co-habiting adults who, at the date of election, shall have attained the age of 18 years. Each member of the unit shall have one vote.                         

Non-Voting members:

Family Cadet (up to 18 years of age) / Family Junior Member (18 - 21 years of age.)  FREE

Children and/or grandchildren of either Ordinary or Family Members under the age of twenty one years on Jan 1st.


Junior member:  £35.00

A person between the ages of 18 & 25 on the 1st January and in receipt of full time education.(proof required)


Cadet member:   £35.00

A person between the age of 11 & 18 on 1st. January who is not the child of a member.


Social member:                      £40.00
A person, aged over 18 years at date of election, not involved in club sailing activities or administration.
